    This is a awesome place!!! great place to eat,good food and friendly staff ! We had a Philly cheese steak,and mini tacos perfect size! And everything tasted amazing :)

    The Kickapoo Paddle Inn is your standard touristy stop for quick food and beverages after paddling or fishing the Kickapoo River. I often stop in here for an inexpensive (and large) soda before heading back to Madison. You can dine in or place an order at their outdoor counter. They have picnic tables on the property, or you can hop across the street and eat in the park.

    Their staff mostly consists of local high school students or summer - job college students - all friendly and eager to please. The food itself is nothing impressive, but a good value nonetheless.

    One last note, they don't open until 3pm during most of the season.
